What is Talha? 

  It is natural and organic gum that has different names such as Talha, Vachellia seyal, Shittimwood, and Acacia Seyal. It comes from the Acacia tree of the Legumiosae family. Talha is known as Flaky gum for its easy-to-crumble-to-powder. It is a yellow-brown colored solid substance and is very soluble in water. Usually, Headman international company collects its acacia seyal from both North Kordofan and Blue Nile areas.

   Gum Talha is one of the indigenous that has nutrients and therapeutic ingredients that have been used in traditional medicine as sedative, relaxing, softening, and healing agents. Its most common use is in the field of cosmetics and skin care.

Types to offer:

 Headman International company can offer Talha in customized forms, depending on the requirements. It can be exported as raw material in specific diameters or processed. Raw gum often comes in such grades: Talha Nagawa Cleaned: particles size above 4mm. Talha sifting: particles size between 0.5mm to 4mm, Talha dust particles size below 0.5mm. Processed forms are: spray dried and mechanical dried powder.
